Shipping Guide

When will my Order Arrive

Most items will be shipped from one of our warehouses the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 1:00PM EST). Orders received after 1:00PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday will usually be shipped the following business day.

US Orders will be shipped by FedEx or the US Postal Service from our warehouse in Champlain, NY.

  • Standard delivery - Standard delivery is a $5 Flat Fee. Service takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on your location. (Except for Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii)
  • Express delivery is available at a fee calculated upon checkout. Service takes approximately 1-3 business days depending on your location.
  • (Allow additional time for all shipments to; Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii)

Canadian orders will be shipped by Canada Post or Purolator from our warehouse in Saint-Laurent, QC.

  • Express delivery is available at a fee calculated upon checkout. Service takes approximately 1-3 business days depending on your location.

How do I Track my Order

Orders shipped via FedEx in the US or Canada Post / Purolator in Canada are trackable by logging into your account. Customers will be notified that the tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail as well.
